Certain foods can help calm our emotional regulation system, and the opposite is true as well. Things to ask yourself:
- How does caffeine and sugar affect by mood?
- Does my diet consist of Omega 3 rich foods? (salmon, nuts, etc.)
- In times of stress, what foods do I gravitate towards?
